Shipping Policy

Every piece from The Zana Edit is handled with the stillness it deserves. Once your selection is confirmed, our atelier prepares your package for its journey.

• Domestic Deliveries: Please allow 3–5 days for your piece to arrive.

• International Deliveries: We ship globally to the Zana woman, wherever she may be. Transit typically takes 7–10 days.

• The Experience: Your order will arrive in our signature packaging, designed to protect the integrity of the drape and the delicate nature of the hand-finishing.

The Return
We hope your chosen piece becomes a permanent part of your story. However, if a piece does not resonate as you expected, we welcome a return within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must remain in its original, unworn state—undisturbed, with all tags and protective packaging intact. As our drops are limited and pieces are precious, we ask that you handle the return process with the same care with which the item was sent.
